Now we need someone to own the growth engine. Our founders have a proven track record of growing Licious by 10X and Milkbasket by 100X.

The Role

Own the devotee’s journey after their first booking — keeping them engaged, moving them from web to app, and turning one-time bookers into repeat devotees. This is a hands-on execution role: you’ll be inside MoEngage daily, building and tuning the journeys, WhatsApp flows, and push campaigns that actually move retention numbers, not just reporting on them.

What You’ll Own

- Post-booking lifecycle campaigns across WhatsApp, push notifications, and in-app messaging — built and managed end-to-end in MoEngage
- Web-to-app migration journeys — getting devotees from their first (web) booking to their first app action (Bhajan, LIVE Aarti Darshan, Mera Mandir)




- Retention and repeat-booking cohorts — segmenting devotees by behavior and designing journeys that bring them back
- Campaign performance — open rates, CTR, journey conversion, and ultimately repeat-booking rate — with a clear view on what’s working and what to kill

Whom We’re Looking For

- 2–3 years in retention marketing, with hands-on MoEngage experience (non-negotiable — this role lives in the panel)
- Proven WhatsApp marketing experience — template design, journey building, and performance optimization, not just sending broadcasts
- Robust grasp of push notification strategy — timing, segmentation, and avoiding fatigue
- Experience building multi-step journeys (not just single campaigns) — you think in flows, not blasts
- Comfortable working with a primarily Android, Hindi-speaking user base — language and platform context matter here
