We're hiring sales leaders to run and grow our retail business across India. You will own a market, build the team that runs it, and own the business for it end to end. This is a field leadership role in a distribution business - you will be in the market with your team, reading the funnel every day, knowing which input to pull when the output slips, and making the call before the month gets away from you.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- The business for your market - disbursals, cost of acquisition, and productivity per head
- The funnel end to end: partner activation, logins, approvals, and disbursals
- Daily input metrics - meetings, logins, file quality, TAT - tracked and acted on, not just reported
- Building and retaining a field sales team that delivers month after month
- Channel and partner network expansion across DSAs, builders, and direct sourcing
- Working with credit, ops, and lender partners to keep files clean and turnaround tight
- Review discipline - a clear weekly rhythm that your team can predict and prepare for
WHAT YOU BRING
Must-Haves
- 5–15 years in field sales within a distribution business
- You have owned the business at your current level - whatever the size
- Robust with numbers - you read a funnel and know what to fix
- Track record of tracking and moving daily input metrics
- Proven team management: hiring, coaching, and retaining field teams
- Comfortable in the market, not only in review meetings
Good to Have
- Home Loan or LAP sales experience
- Built a market or team from scratch
- Multi-location or multi-team leadership exposure
- Familiarity with CRM-led sales tracking
