About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executives to join our Real Estate Resale team at Nestaway. The candidate will be responsible for handling property enquiries, understanding customer requirements, following up with potential buyers and coordinating site visits with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming enquiries from customers interested in buying resale properties.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with potential buyers and generate interest in available properties.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, preferred location and property preferences.
- Share relevant property details with potential buyers and answer their basic queries.
- Qualify leads and identify customers with genuine buying interest.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team and customers.
- Follow up with leads regularly to improve customer engagement and conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions and lead status in the CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads and site-visit bookings.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, inside sales or customer engagement.
- Experience in real estate, property sales or property portals will be an advantage.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable making regular calls and following up with customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple customer enquiries.
