Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Bilaspur.

The Relationship

Manager will manage client portfolios, build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, and provide tailored financial solutions.

Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities,



advising on insurance and investment products, and ensuring exceptional client service. The role also involves client acquisition, resolving inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction while meeting organizational objectives.

Qualifications

- Solid interpersonal and communication skills to manage and build client relationships.
- Experience in financial advisory, insurance, and investment management.
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities with a customer-first approach.
- Organizational skills to effectively manage client portfolios and meet performance goals.
- Basic knowledge of financial products, market trends, and regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in the financial services industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in local languages is a plus.
