Drive Home Finance and mortgage business through customer acquisition, DSA and builder relationships, while ensuring strong customer service and adherence to banking processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Source Home Loan and mortgage business through DSAs, builders, connectors, referrals and market networks.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with DSAs and builders.
- Identify prospective customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Understand customers’ financing requirements and recommend appropriate lending solutions.
- Manage leads from sourcing through documentation and loan processing.
- Coordinate with credit, operations and other internal teams for smooth case processing.
- Monitor the sales pipeline and work towards assigned business targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to KYC, compliance and internal policy requirements.
- Track market developments and competitor offerings within the assigned geography.

Preferred Experience Relevant experience in Home Loans, Housing Finance, LAP or Mortgage Sales, preferably with a bank, HFC or NBFC.
