Job Location: Haryana, Punjab & Himachal Pradesh

Experience Required: 5–7 Years

Annual CTC: ₹7.00 - ₹8.00 LPA

Key Responsibilities -

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Manage and expand business across Haryana, Punjab, and Himachal Pradesh.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, distributors, dealers, and other key stakeholders.
- Promote and sell medical devices and healthcare equipment, including Oxygen Concentrators, BiPAP, CPAP, ECG devices, and related products.
- Identify current business opportunities, potential customers, and untapped markets within the assigned territory.
- Manage distributor and dealer networks to ensure effective product availability and market coverage.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve individual and regional targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and review sales performance, customer feedback,



and business development activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, periodic reports, and territory-wise performance analyses.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain healthy customer relationships.

Required Qualifications & Skills -

- Graduate in any discipline; an MBA in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in the medical devices, medical equipment, or healthcare industry is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of hospital sales, distribution channels, and healthcare market dynamics.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding regional business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage a regional sales team and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territories.
