Role Description The Recruitment and Development Manager at Kotak Life in Nagpur is a full time, on-site role responsible for attracting, hiring, and developing talent for the organization. This position involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles. The role includes planning and delivering training and development programs to enhance employee performance and support career growth.

The manager will collaborate with business leaders to identify staffing needs,



create development plans, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Ongoing responsibilities include monitoring training effectiveness, maintaining recruitment metrics, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Candidates should possess Training & Development and Training skills for designing and facilitating learning programs.
- Candidates should possess Recruiting skills for managing sourcing, selection, and onboarding processes.
