Role Description The Regional Director (contract role, remote) will oversee business development, operations, and client relationships within an assigned region, ensuring alignment with HPIPL’s strategic growth objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing recent sales opportunities, managing key accounts, and coordinating with internal teams on solution design, installation, and service delivery. The role involves monitoring regional performance metrics, preparing reports, and implementing action plans to drive revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

The Regional

Director will collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer service teams to tailor parking solutions to regional market needs,



while maintaining compliance with company standards and safety requirements. This role also requires regular virtual meetings, periodic regional travel as needed, and proactive engagement with stakeholders such as developers, facility managers, and public-sector partners.

Qualifications

- Business development and sales leadership skills, including experience in identifying opportunities, negotiating contracts, and managing regional pipelines.
- Regional operations and project coordination skills, with the ability to oversee installation timelines, resource allocation, and service delivery quality.
- Client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience working with corporate, residential, and public-sector clients.
- Strategic planning and market analysis skills, with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and adapt strategies to regional conditions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in preparing reports, proposals, and executive summaries.
- Experience in infrastructure, mobility, real estate, smart city projects, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working remotely, using digital collaboration tools, and coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
