About the RoleWe are looking for a Lead Recruiter with strong experience in domestic IT staffing, particularly C2C (Contract-to-Contract), C2H (Contract-to-Hire), and bulk hiring.

The candidate will be responsible for leading the recruitment team, managing end-to-end hiring, coordinating with clients, and ensuring timely fulfillment of staffing requirements. Experience in US IT staffing is preferred.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Team Management

- Lead the recruitment team, assign requirements, and monitor daily progress and performance.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for domestic C2C, C2H, and bulk hiring requirements.
- Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, submissions, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
- Monitor recruitment targets, placement numbers, and team productivity.

2. Client & Staffing Management

- Understand client requirements, hiring priorities, and staffing needs.
- Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to ensure timely fulfillment of requirements.
- Manage candidate submissions, interview feedback, negotiations, and resource deployment.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure quality hiring.

3. Workforce Planning & Business Growth

- Plan recruitment delivery based on client demand and talent availability.




- Identify staffing opportunities and support business development activities.
- Monitor market trends and contribute to expanding staffing services.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA in HR is preferred.
- 3–7 years of experience in IT recruitment and staffing.
- Strong hands-on experience in domestic C2C and C2H hiring.
- Experience in managing bulk hiring requirements.
- Prior experience leading or mentoring a recruitment team.
- Good understanding of client coordination, workforce planning, and recruitment metrics.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- US IT staffing experience is preferred.
