We are looking for a Functional Tester with strong domain expertise in HRMS, Payroll, Compliance, and PEO systems to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Validate end-to-end HR and Payroll workflows




- Test employee lifecycle processes (Hire-to-Retire)
- Verify payroll calculations, deductions, taxes, and benefits
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations
- Collaborate with Product, Development, and Business teams
- Track and manage defects through the complete lifecycle

Preferred Background

✔ Experience with HRMS, Payroll, Workforce Management, or PEO products
- ✔ Robust understanding of payroll components, compliance, and benefits administration ✔ Excellent analytical and communication skills
