We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical QA Tester to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our ERP, Distribution Management System (DMS), Sales Force Automation (SFA), and other business applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of business applications.
- Create, review, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data based on business requirements.
- Test ERP, DMS, and SFA modules, including Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Order Management, Stock Transfers, Warehouse, Customer/Outlet Management, Schemes, Returns, and Reports.
- Perform API testing using Postman to validate API requests, responses, status codes, and data accuracy.
- Use SQL queries to verify database records and validate consistency between UI, API, and database outputs.
- Identify, document, track, and retest defects, ensuring issues are resolved effectively.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts,



and implementation teams to understand requirements and validate business workflows.
- Ensure data accuracy and business logic across integrated modules.
- Maintain test documentation, defect reports, and test execution results.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience in Manual Software Testing.
- Good understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and defect life cycle.
- Practical knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Hands-on experience with Postman and REST API testing.
- Positive working knowledge of SQL queries for database validation.
- Understanding of business applications and workflows involving inventory, sales, purchases, orders, and distribution.
- Ability to write clear test cases, identify edge cases, and analyse defects systematically.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP, DMS, SFA, CRM, WMS, or other enterprise business applications.
- Exposure to FMCG, retail, manufacturing, warehousing, supply chain, or distribution processes.
- Familiarity with Jira or similar defect-tracking tools.
- Understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workflows.
