Role Description The Property Manager role at Aaalay is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The individual in this role will oversee day-to-day property operations, including managing resident move-ins and move-outs, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards across the property.

The Property

Manager will handle resident inquiries and concerns, support community-building initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities also include basic budgeting and expense tracking for the property,



supervising on-site staff or vendors as needed, and implementing company policies and procedures consistently.

Qualifications

- Property operations skills, including facility oversight, maintenance coordination, and vendor management.
- Resident and customer service skills, with the ability to address concerns, manage conflicts, and maintain strong relationships.
- Organizational and administrative skills, including record-keeping, scheduling, and basic budgeting or expense management.
- Communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with residents, colleagues, and external partners.
- Ability to work in office in the Pune Division and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced housing environment.
- Prior experience in property management, student housing, hospitality, or related fields is highly beneficial.
- Basic understanding of safety, security, and compliance standards for residential properties.
- Relevant education in real estate, property management, hospitality, business, or a related discipline is preferred.
