Verve Communications is a dynamic and innovative communications company that provides PR and Influencer Marketing Services. We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Public Relations Associate to join our team and contribute to the development and execution of our public relations strategies.

Responsibilities

1. Identify and research potential influencers and content creators aligned with our brand.
2. Outreach to influencers, negotiate partnerships, and manage relationships.
3. Coordinate the creation of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
4. Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate influencer marketing into broader marketing and PR strategies.

Build connections with media houses and journalists
7. Draft press releases, pitches, and brand communication material.
8. Manage media outreach, follow-ups, and relationship building.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, PR, Marketing, or related field.
2. 0–2 years of experience in PR, communications, or media (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may apply).
3. Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
4. Solid organizational skills and ability to multitask.
5. Knowledge of lifestyle, fashion, beauty, and F&B; media landscape is a plus.
6. Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
