About the Role

This is a genuine entry-level role and we mean it. We are looking for BCA and BSc graduates — we are not filtering on college tier — who want to learn how a live financial platform is actually run.

You join the production support team supporting a platform used by financial institutions. Everything technical here is learnable on the job and you will be taught it. What we cannot teach is reliability and clear communication, so that is what we select for.

Key Responsibilities

Triage tickets.



First-line review of incoming issues — understand it, categorise it, escalate it correctly.

Run the daily checks. Monitoring dashboards, batch job verification, routine health checks on a shift rota.

Write it down. Transparent ticket notes and status updates — clients read these.

Escalate well. Know what you can handle and hand over the rest cleanly, with context.

Learn the platform. Structured on-the-job training on the product, the databases and the infrastructure.

What You Bring

BCA, BSc or equivalent graduate. All colleges welcome — we do not filter on institution.

Basic SQL — you can write a SELECT with a WHERE clause and a join.

Comfort with a command line, or clear evidence you will become comfortable quickly.

Clear written English. You will write updates that clients read.

Reliability — a shift rota only works if people turn up for it.

Genuine interest in how systems run, not just how they are built.

What Would Be Great to Have

Any Linux exposure, including a home setup.

Any scripting — Python, shell, even Excel macros.

A customer-facing or support role in any industry.

Any certification or self-taught coursework you completed on your own initiative.

Tech Stack

You will learn: Linux basics, SQL, monitoring tools, ticketing systems

You will work with: PostgreSQL, Grafana dashboards, AWS console, internal runbooks

Training: Structured onboarding, paired shifts, and a named mentor for your first six months

Progression: Junior Support Engineer within 12–18 months for those who take it
