ISB is looking for a Product Manager – Business Platforms & Technology who can solve business problems end-to-end. The role will be the single product point of contact for business requirements—understanding the problem, designing the right solution, documenting requirements, working with engineering/IT teams, driving delivery, and measuring outcomes after launch. This role requires a strong combination of product thinking, business understanding, technical depth, and practical exposure to AI-enabled business solutions.

The role will work across platforms such as: Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Website/CMS, LMS/LXP, Payments, Service Desk, WhatsApp/Chatbots, BI/Reporting tools, APIs, integrations, AI/automation tools, and internal business systems

Key Responsibilities

- Understand business problems and convert them into clear, scalable product and technology solutions.
- Own the complete lifecycle: Discovery → Solution Design → Development → Live → Performance Tracking
- Create transparent PRDs, BRDs, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements
- Work closely with Business, Marketing, Sales, Programme, Support, Finance, IT, Engineering, and technology partners
- Evaluate solution options based on business impact, user experience, technical feasibility, dependencies, and scalability
- Drive development, clarify requirements, track risks/blockers, and ensure timely delivery
- Own UAT, business validation, go-live readiness,



and post-launch performance
- Identify and implement AI and automation use cases that reduce manual effort, improve productivity, speed up decision-making, or improve customer/learner experience
- Work with technology teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing business systems and workflows where relevant
- Define and track product, operational, and business metrics for key initiatives

Qualifications

- 3–8 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Business Systems, Product Operations, or similar roles
- Strong problem-solving and product thinking skills
- Experience taking business requirements from discovery through implementation and launch
- Strong PRD/BRD, workflow mapping, user story, and UAT experience
- Good understanding of software development processes, APIs, integrations, data flows, databases, and system dependencies
- Experience working closely with engineering/IT teams
- Hands-on exposure to Salesforce or similar CRM platforms; Marketing Cloud/MarTech experience is preferred
- Practical experience or strong working knowledge of implementing AI, GenAI, automation, or conversational AI within business workflows or enterprise systems
- Ability to identify where AI should, and should not, be used based on business value, feasibility, risk, and ROI
- Exposure to LMS/LXP, payment systems, service desk, analytics, or enterprise platforms is preferred
- Basic SQL/data analysis knowledge is a plus
