Role Description The PR & Social Media Associate role at JEEVMEDIA is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Kolkata Area. This role involves managing day-to-day social media activities, including planning, creating, and publishing content across key platforms to strengthen brand presence. The associate will support public relations initiatives by drafting press releases, coordinating media outreach, and maintaining relationships with creators, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Responsibilities include monitoring social media performance, engaging with online communities, responding to inquiries,



and gathering insights to refine communication strategies. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, support campaign execution, and contribute ideas that align with JEEVMEDIA’s creator-led marketing vision.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Content Creation and Writing skills to craft engaging, platform-appropriate posts and campaign narratives.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing and Social Media skills to manage profiles, optimize reach, and analyze performance metrics.
- Relevant skills such as basic graphic design or video editing, familiarity with influencer marketing, and experience using social media analytics tools are beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field, along with prior experience in social media or PR, is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple tasks, and stay updated on digital culture and regional trends in West Bengal is highly valued.
