VEERAN CUP is looking for a motivated Football Recruitment Executive to recruit young football players for our international youth exposure programs and football tournaments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit talented young football players.
- Build relationships with football academies, coaches, schools and parents.
- Promote international football exposure programs in destinations such as Spain, Thailand and Malaysia.
- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media and field visits.
- Counsel parents about program details, fees and international opportunities.
- Coordinate player trials, assessments, registrations and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly recruitment and enrolment targets.
- Maintain player databases and submit regular progress reports.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in football and youth sports development.
- Sales, marketing or business development experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate confidently with parents and academy owners.
- Willingness to travel for academy visits and recruitment activities.
- Target-oriented, proactive and self-motivated.
