Role Description The Performance Management Manager will oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of performance management frameworks across the organization. This full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India involves setting performance metrics, developing KPIs, and coordinating regular performance reviews with business and project teams. The manager will analyze performance data, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions and training initiatives to enhance individual and team productivity.

Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with leadership to align performance goals with business objectives, managing performance-related budgets, preparing reports and dashboards,



and facilitating feedback conversations in a structured and constructive manner. The role also involves partnering with HR and functional leaders to ensure fair, transparent, and consistent performance processes and to support employee development and engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong performance management skills, including experience in designing frameworks, setting KPIs, and managing review cycles.
- Candidates should possess solid analytical skills to interpret performance data, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills to conduct feedback discussions, collaborate with stakeholders, and present performance reports clearly.

- Relevant experience in performance management, HR, or business operations within media, advertising, or marketing services is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in HR, performance management, or analytics are an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, maintain confidentiality, and uphold fair and inclusive performance practices.
