About the Role
We’re looking for a Partnerships Specialist to build and manage strategic partnerships that drive business growth, user acquisition, and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard potential brand, creator, influencer, and business partners
- Manage end-to-end partnership outreach, negotiations, and execution
- Build and maintain robust partner relationships
- Identify new collaboration and co-marketing opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
- Track partnership performance and maintain reports
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential partnership opportunities
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, influencer marketing, sales, account management, or a related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong outreach and follow-up abilities
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Good understanding of digital marketing and social media
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel
