Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and reliable appointment setter to help build our B2B sales pipeline. Your primary responsibility will be to identify suitable businesses, reach decision-makers, start conversations and book qualified discovery meetings for the founder.

Responsibilities

- Research businesses that fit our target customer profile.
- Identify founders, owners and relevant decision-makers.
- Contact prospects through approved phone and email outreach.
- Follow up professionally with interested prospects.
- Qualify prospects based on business needs and interest.
- Schedule qualified discovery meetings for the founder.
- Maintain an accurate prospect tracker and daily activity report.
- Follow applicable outreach, privacy and opt-out requirements.

Requirements




- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners.
- Good research, organization and follow-up skills.
- Reliable internet connection anaadnd access to a computer.
- Willingness to learn B2B sales and appointment setting.
- Previous sales or lead-generation experience is helpful but not mandatory.

CompensationA fixed part-time payment will be agreed based on working hours and responsibilities. Performance incentives may be available for qualified meetings and business outcomes, under clearly defined terms.
