Nalsoft, a premier Oracle Specialized Partner, is looking for dynamic and ambitious Oracle HCM Functional Consultants with more than 5 years of experience in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management and Time & Labor, to join our growing Enterprise Applications Practice.

This role offers an excellent prospect for high-potential consultants to accelerate their careers by working on challenging and rewarding implementation projects. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working at client locations, engaging directly with HR and business stakeholders, gathering requirements, driving solution design, and coordinating effectively with offshore teams to ensure successful and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects
- Conduct business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops
- Configure and implement Oracle Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management and Time & Labor
- Support data migration, testing activities, user training, and go-live deployment




- Collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Coordinate with offshore teams and ensure project milestones are achieved within agreed timelines

Desired Skills & Experience:

- More than 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation
- Minimum of 2 end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Time & Labor, etc.
- Experience in requirement analysis, configuration, testing, and user support
- Exposure to GCC payroll and labour law requirements is preferred
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel and work at onsite client locations as required
