Role Description This full time remote role is for an Oracle ERP Cloud Finance Techno-Functional Consultant. The consultant will support the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle ERP Cloud Finance modules, working closely with business stakeholders to understand processes and translate them into effective system solutions. Daily activities include gathering and analyzing requirements, configuring finance modules, developing technical components such as integrations and reports, and performing system testing and validation.

The role involves troubleshooting issues, providing production support, and documenting functional and technical designs. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to best practices,



and help drive continuous improvement in finance processes and ERP usage.

Qualifications

- Ability to analyze and optimize Business Process flows, especially in finance and related enterprise operations.
- Consulting skills, including stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and solution presentation.
- Experience with Oracle HR and related Oracle Applications modules, with the ability to understand cross-module dependencies.
- Hands-on expertise in Oracle Applications and Integration, including configuration, extensions, and connecting Oracle ERP Cloud with other systems.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud Finance (e.g., General Ledger, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management) in both functional and technical capacities.
- Proficiency in SQL, reporting tools, and basic development concepts to support customizations and data analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with full lifecycle ERP implementations, including design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Effective communication skills, ability to work independently in a remote environment, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with cloud security, performance considerations, and industry best practices in ERP and finance.
