About the Role

PwC’s Advisory Service Delivery Centre is the natural extension of PwC’s global delivery capabilities, offering premium, cost-effective, high-quality services.We are seeking an experienced Oracle ARCS / EPM Functional Consultant with multiple implementation projects. The role spans the full lifecycle — planning, configuration, design, build, testing, training, and change management — with accountability for Account Reconciliation (ARCS) implementation, including application configuration, integration, and validation.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions.
- Plan delivery, assess risks, gather requirements, design, develop & deliver Oracle ARCS solutions.
- Provide functional knowledge and technical expertise in Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching.
- Play a pivotal role from requirement gathering to project closure.
- Own complete solution design.
- Work independently on project delivery and manage stakeholders.
- Ensure strong understanding of integration and reconciliation processes.

Mandatory Skills

- Oracle ARCS / EPM: Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
- ARCS Implementations: Experience in at least 2 end-to-end Oracle ARCS implementation projects.
- Reconciliation Compliance: Strong functional knowledge of reconciliation processes,



configurations, and compliance workflows.
- Transaction Matching: Practical experience implementing and configuring transaction matching reconciliations.
- Reconciliation Formats: Hands-on experience designing and configuring reconciliation formats.
- Auto Matching Rules: Expertise in configuring and managing automated matching rules.
- Workflow Configuration: Experience configuring reconciliation workflows, approval processes, and task management.
- Integrations: Understanding of ARCS integrations, data loading, data mapping, and reconciliation data flows.
- End-to-End Implementation: Experience across requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, validation, and post-implementation support.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to work independently, manage client stakeholders, assess delivery risks, and drive project execution.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of consulting experience with an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) background.
- Hands-on experience in at least 2 ARCS implementations.
- Robust expertise in Reconciliation Formats, Auto Matching Rules, Workflow, and Integrations.
- Experience in Transaction Matching reconciliations.
