We’re looking for a Operations Executive to manage member servicing, policy endorsements, and day-to-day administration across corporate and individual medical insurance portfolios. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering accurate, timely, and effective service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Process member additions, deletions, upgrades, downgrades, and other policy endorsements across corporate and individual medical insurance portfolios.
- Validate client documents and ensure all required information is accurate and complete before submitting endorsement requests to insurers.
- Coordinate with insurance providers to process endorsement requests, follow up on pending approvals, and communicate timely updates to clients.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate payment mapping and internal booking of transactions.
- Monitor endorsement requests and ensure all servicing activities are completed within agreed service-level agreements (SLAs).




- Maintain accurate records of member changes, policy endorsements, and related servicing activities.
- Coordinate with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and address any discrepancies or processing delays.
- Ensure timely and efficient service delivery while maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve servicing workflows, reduce processing delays, and enhance the overall client experience.
