Fery Rides is a women-focused electric mobility platform providing safe, reliable, and sustainable transportation. We operate across scooty and cab services, creating employment opportunities for women through our network of women drivers, known as Sister Partners.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and execution-oriented Operations Associate to manage day-to-day scooty operations. The role involves recruiting and onboarding women drivers, coordinating daily ride fulfilment, managing partner engagement, monitoring vehicle readiness, and resolving operational challenges to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sister Partner Recruitment & Onboarding

- Identify and recruit women Scooty Drivers through field visits, referrals, and recruitment drives.
- Explain the working model, earning opportunities, and operational guidelines to potential Sister Partners.
- Coordinate documentation, verification, training, and onboarding.
- Track recruitment progress and achieve assigned onboarding targets.

2. Daily Operations & Ride Fulfilment





- Monitor daily bookings and coordinate driver allocation, pickups, and drop-offs.
- Ensure sufficient driver availability to meet ride demand.
- Handle ride delays, cancellations, and other real-time operational issues.
- Coordinate with Sister Partners to improve punctuality and ride completion.

3. Partner & Fleet Management

- Monitor partner attendance, shift adherence, availability, and productivity.
- Address partner queries and coordinate timely issue resolution.
- Track scooty availability, charging, battery status, maintenance, and breakdowns.
- Conduct field visits to monitor ground operations and support recruitment activities.

4. Reporting & Coordination

- Maintain daily records of recruitment, active partners, ride fulfilment, and cancellations.
- Update operational reports and dashboards using MS Excel or Google Sheets.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, recruitment, or field operations
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.
- Basic working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Comfortable with fieldwork, local travel, and driver coordination.
- Robust organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to take ownership, and ability to work towards targets.
