Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Network Engineer at Senior Manager level to support network operations, connectivity management, network audits, testing, incident resolution, and platform migration activities.

The role requires strong knowledge of connected systems, IoT and M2M SIM operations, LMNO network operations, fault management, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) management. The candidate will coordinate with internal and external technical teams to ensure network readiness, reliable connectivity, timely incident resolution, and successful execution of testing and migration activities.

The position involves significant technical coordination, operational monitoring, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Network Operations and Connectivity Management

- Coordinate with the LMNO Network Team on network operations and connectivity-related activities.
- Verify connectivity between interconnected systems, platforms, and connected devices.
- Review network configurations and identify discrepancies, risks, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure network readiness and operational stability.

2. IoT, M2M SIM and Connected Systems

- Support IoT and machine-to-machine (M2M) connectivity operations.
- Coordinate SIM activation requests, activation status tracking, and resolution of SIM-related issues.
- Manage Customer Application Form (CAF) documentation, validation, and associated records.
- Support connectivity verification across interconnected systems and platforms.

3. LMNO Network Audit and Configuration Verification

- Conduct network audits covering network architecture, routing, firewall policies,



and connectivity parameters.
- Validate network configurations against agreed design and operational requirements.
- Identify network gaps, configuration discrepancies, operational risks, and optimization opportunities
- Prepare audit reports with observations and recommendations.

4. Fault, Incident and SLA Management

- Coordinate investigation and resolution of network faults and connectivity incidents.
- Work with relevant technical teams and external stakeholders, including TMC/KDDI teams, to resolve network issues.
- Track incidents, escalations, resolution timelines, and closure status.
- Monitor SLA commitments and coordinate timely resolution of issues affecting service delivery or project milestones.
- Maintain incident trackers and communicate operational risks and status updates to stakeholders.

5. End-to-End Testing and Technical Support

- Support planning and execution of end-to-end (E2E) testing activities.
- Coordinate test readiness across relevant technical teams.
- Monitor network performance during testing and assist in troubleshooting connectivity or configuration issues.
- Analyze test results, identify performance or functional issues, and coordinate corrective actions.
- Maintain testing documentation, issue logs, and resolution trackers.

6. LMNO Platform Migration

- Support migration planning and execution for LMNO platforms.
- Coordinate migration activities and dependencies across stakeholders.
- Verify network connectivity and service availability before and after migration.
- Track migration progress,



manage issues, and ensure adherence to approved implementation plans.

7. Project and Stakeholder Coordination

- Maintain and update the master project schedule.
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, delays, and action items.
- Facilitate technical discussions between network teams, project stakeholders, and external partners.
- Prepare periodic progress reports and communicate project status, operational issues, and required escalations.

Mandatory Skills and Experience:

- 15+ years of relevant qualified experience in network engineering, network operations, or telecommunications-related technical operations.
- Strong knowledge of connected systems and IoT connectivity.
- Practical understanding of M2M SIM operations, SIM activation, and associated documentation processes.
- Experience working with LMNO network operations and interconnected network environments.
- Strong experience in network fault management, incident tracking, troubleshooting coordination, and escalation management.
- Experience in SLA management, service performance tracking, and resolution timeline monitoring.
- Knowledge of network configuration verification, network audits, routing, firewall policies, and connectivity validation.
- Experience supporting end-to-end testing, technical issue analysis, and platform migration activities.
- Strong stakeholder coordination, technical documentation, reporting, and project tracking skills.
