We are seeking a Network Architect, responsible for designing and governing secure, scalable, highly available enterprise network solutions across LAN, WAN, WLAN, data center, cloud, and SD-WAN environments. The role will define network architecture and standards, provide technical leadership for implementations and migrations, perform capacity and performance planning, ensure security and resiliency, and act as the senior escalation point for complex network issues. Solid expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN, cloud networking, network security, and high-availability architecture is required.

6 Months On Contract Role

Design enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, data center, and cloud connectivity solutions.

Develop high-level and low-level network architecture and maintain network diagrams and technical documentation.

Translate business and application requirements into scalable network designs.

Define network architecture standards, design principles, technology roadmaps, and best practices.

Architect and support SD-WAN, VPN, routing, switching, firewalls, load balancing, DNS/DHCP, and secure remote connectivity solutions.

Design network solutions for high availability, redundancy, disaster recovery, performance, and scalability.

Perform network capacity planning, performance analysis, and optimization.

Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to incorporate appropriate security controls, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and network access controls.

Evaluate new network technologies and recommend improvements or modernization opportunities.

Provide architectural guidance to Network Engineers and implementation teams.

Lead technical reviews and support major network migrations, upgrades, and transformation initiatives.

Act as a senior technical escalation point for complex network issues and perform root-cause analysis.





Work with technology vendors and service providers on solution design, technical evaluation, and implementation.

Ensure network solutions comply with organizational architecture, security, and operational standards.

Required Technical Skills:

- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLAN, STP, MPLS, VPN, QoS, DNS and DHCP

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in enterprise networking, progressing into network solution design and architecture.
- Experience designing networks across data centers, enterprise sites, cloud environments, and remote connectivity.
- CCNP/CCIE, Juniper, cloud networking, or equivalent certifications are desirable. Industry role descriptions commonly identify advanced Cisco, Juniper, and cloud networking certifications as relevant to Network Architect positions.
