Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, focused on motor and health insurance services. The role involves guiding customers through policy options, explaining coverage details, and helping them select suitable motor and health insurance plans.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely policy issuance and renewals. The role also involves promoting health-related perks, supporting claim-related documentation,



and building long-term relationships with customers through consistent and professional service.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain insurance products clearly and handle diverse customer interactions.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of occupational health, Medicine, and Health Promotion to effectively discuss health insurance features and wellness-related benefits.
- Basic understanding of motor and health insurance concepts, underwriting principles, and claim processes is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proficiency in common office software and digital tools used for policy management and customer records.
- Relevant educational background in business, commerce, healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or customer-facing roles will be an advantage.
