What you'll do

- Create and review datasets built around psychological case studies and assessments
- Evaluate AI-generated clinical scenarios and therapeutic dialogues for accuracy, relevance, ethical standards and clinical appropriateness
- Provide clear written feedback and evidence-based improvements, explaining complex psychological concepts in accessible language
- Identify bias and cultural or linguistic concerns in model outputs, then document your findings for ongoing AI training

Who this is for

- A Ph.D. in Psychology or an MD with completed psychiatry residency
- Experience in clinical practice, psychology or psychiatry research, or higher education
- Professional fluency in at least one of French, Malay, Russian, Mandarin, Japanese, Urdu, Swahili, Bulgarian, Tagalog, Polish, Marathi, Lithuanian, Georgian, Bengali, Vietnamese or Indonesian, plus advanced English communication skills
- No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
