Position: HCC Coding Trainer

Experience: Candidates with HCC Coding experience are preferred.

Language Requirement: Fluency in Telugu, English, and Hindi is required. Candidates should be able to communicate and train effectively in all three languages.

? Key Responsibilities:

Train candidates on HCC coding concepts and guidelines.

Explain ICD-10-CM coding guidelines, risk adjustment, and medical documentation requirements.

Conduct training sessions, assessments, and provide constructive feedback.

Help candidates improve their coding accuracy and productivity.

Communicate effectively with trainees in Telugu, English, and Hindi.
