Role Description This is a full-time, on-site MBA Finance entry-level role based in Surat. The role involves assisting senior professionals with financial analysis, data compilation, and preparation of reports related to audits, taxation, and corporate finance assignments. The team member will support the review of financial statements, help in budgeting and forecasting activities, and participate in documentation for compliance and regulatory requirements.





Daily responsibilities include working with spreadsheets and financial software, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records of client engagements. The position offers hands-on learning in professional financial advisory services within a structured and mentoring-focused environment.

Qualifications

- Postgraduate qualification in Finance (MBA Finance or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Strong foundation in financial analysis, accounting principles, and corporate finance concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other basic financial or accounting software; comfort with data handling and reporting.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with team members and support client interactions.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple assignments under guidance.
- High level of integrity, professional conduct, and willingness to learn from senior professionals.
- Exposure or internships in auditing, taxation, or financial services will be an added advantage.
