Role Description The Manager at SkillEcted will oversee day-to-day operations for educational programs, ensuring smooth delivery of both online and offline learning experiences. This role will coordinate with instructors, support staff, and learners to manage schedules, monitor class performance, and resolve operational issues promptly. The Manager will contribute to process improvements, track key performance indicators, and help align program delivery with organizational goals and learner outcomes.

Responsibilities include supervising team members, managing resources, preparing reports,



and collaborating with leadership on strategic initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City.

Qualifications

- Operational management and coordination skills, including experience overseeing programs or projects in an educational or training environment.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with instructors, learners, and cross-functional teams.
- Organizational and time-management skills, including task prioritization, scheduling, and attention to detail.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to monitor performance metrics, identify issues, and implement process improvements.
- Basic understanding of technology-driven learning (e.g., LMS platforms, online course tools) and comfort working with digital workflows.
- Leadership abilities, including team supervision, feedback delivery, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Management, or a related field; equivalent experience in operations or education management may be considered.
- Experience in EdTech, vocational training, or professional upskilling programs in areas such as development, data analysis, or digital marketing is an advantage.
