About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Manager – Accounts & Finance to own Voyaah’s day-to-day finance operations. You will work closely with the founder to ensure our books, payments, collections, reconciliations and compliance are accurate and up to date. The role requires someone who can bring strong financial discipline, build efficient processes, and proactively identify and fix discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

- Own day-to-day accounting and book-keeping on Zoho Books and Tally.
- Reconcile bank accounts, payment gateways, credit cards and ledgers; identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage vendor payments, employee reimbursements and other company payments with proper approvals and documentation.
- Track client receivables and collections, send payment reminders and maintain ageing reports.
- Ensure accurate accounting of bookings, customer payments, refunds and cancellations.
- Manage GST, TDS and other statutory compliance, working with external CAs/tax consultants where required.
- Maintain an organised, audit-ready repository of invoices, bills and financial documentation.
- Establish and improve payment processes, approval workflows and financial controls.
- Prepare regular MIS covering cash flow, receivables, payables and expenses for the founder.




- Conduct periodic internal checks/audits to identify errors, leakages or financial risks.
- Ensure all books and financial records are accurate, current and error-free.

Who You Are
- 3–4 years of experience in accounting/finance operations.
- Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books and Tally.
- Strong understanding of book-keeping, reconciliations, GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
- Extremely detail-oriented and painfully organised — you naturally notice when numbers don't add up.
- Robust understanding of accounts payable, receivables, collections and payment processes.
- Comfortable working independently and taking complete ownership of finance operations.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and ability to prepare basic financial MIS.
- Proactive, reliable and comfortable following up with vendors, clients and internal teams.
- CA qualification is not required.

- Worked in travel, hospitality, e-commerce or another high-volume transaction business.
- Experience managing finance operations in a startup or fast-growing company.
- Experience working directly with founders or senior leadership.
- Experience setting up or improving financial controls, payment workflows or accounting processes.
