Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Plant Manager role based in Delhi, India.

The Plant

Manager will oversee daily plant operations, ensuring protected, efficient, and compliant processing of electronic assets.

Responsibilities include planning and monitoring production activities, optimizing resource utilization, and maintaining equipment and facility standards. The role involves supervising plant staff, enforcing health, safety,



and environmental policies, and coordinating with logistics and quality teams to meet throughput, quality, and sustainability targets.

The Plant

Manager will also support continuous improvement initiatives, track key performance indicators, and report operational performance to senior leadership.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Plant Management and Plant Operations for overseeing end-to-end facility performance.
- Proficiency in Operations Management and Production Planning to manage workflows, capacity, and scheduling.
- Experience in Manufacturing Operations to ensure process efficiency, quality control, and safety compliance.
- Background in electronics recycling, e-waste management, or related manufacturing sectors is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Industrial Management, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to lead diverse teams, implement SOPs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a focus on safety and ESG objectives.
