About the RoleHFC India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and experienced Plant Manager to oversee and manage plant-level fire safety operations, with a primary focus on FAPS (Fire Alarm and Protection Systems) and FDSS (Fire Detection and Suppression Systems).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising installation, commissioning, maintenance, team coordination, quality control, and ensuring that all fire safety systems operate efficiently and comply with applicable safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day plant operations related to FAPS and FDSS.
- Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, inspection, and maintenance of fire alarm, detection, and suppression systems.
- Ensure proper functioning, reliability, and operational readiness of all fire safety equipment.
- Coordinate with plant management, engineers, technicians, contractors, and clients.
- Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely resolution of system faults.
- Ensure compliance with applicable fire safety standards, site safety procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain technical documentation, inspection reports, maintenance records, and system performance reports.
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage manpower, materials, tools, and resources efficiently.
- Conduct safety briefings and ensure technicians follow appropriate work and safety procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in fire safety systems,



industrial plant operations, or fire protection engineering.
- Practical knowledge of fire alarm systems, fire detection systems, and fire suppression systems.
- Experience in installation, troubleshooting, testing, commissioning, and preventive maintenance.
- Strong leadership, team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and maintain technical documentation.

Preferred Experience
- Experience working in industrial plants, factories, warehouses, or other industrial facilities.
- Knowledge of applicable fire safety standards, including relevant NBC and NFPA requirements.
- Experience coordinating with clients, vendors, contractors, and technical teams.
