NOURIA is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive / Associate to join our Operations & Logistics team and manage day-to-day order fulfilment, dispatch, and shipment operations.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily order processing, fulfilment, and dispatch operations.
- Coordinate with Production, Inventory, Packaging, and Customer Support teams.
- Verify orders, SKUs, quantities, delivery addresses, and payment status before dispatch.
- Coordinate with courier partners for shipment pickups and deliveries.
- Generate AWBs and shipping labels and maintain accurate shipment records.
- Track domestic and international shipments and resolve delivery exceptions.
- Follow up on delayed, undelivered, and stuck shipments.
- Monitor Return to Origin (RTO) shipments, follow-ups, and return reasons.
- Maintain inward, outward, and shipment records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics MIS reports.
- Monitor pending and unfulfilled orders and ensure timely closure.




- Maintain accurate data using Excel / Google Sheets, Shopify, Shiprocket, and other logistics platforms.

? What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in Logistics, E-commerce Fulfilment, Dispatch, or Warehouse Operations.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Solid coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Good attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Solid problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Experience in Fashion, Apparel, D2C, or E-commerce will be an advantage.
