Role Description This is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Ahmedabad. Leaders at TravelClues India Private Limited will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, guiding teams that design and deliver luxury travel programs, and ensuring high service standards across client interactions. The role includes setting strategic goals, monitoring performance metrics, coordinating with sales and customer service teams, and improving internal processes to enhance traveler experience and satisfaction.

The position also involves mentoring team members, managing key client relationships,



and supporting business growth through proactive planning and decision-making.

- A bachelor’s degree in business, management, hospitality, tourism, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with basic digital tools, CRM or booking systems, and data-driven performance tracking is advantageous.
