Bristlecone India Limited is seeking an experienced Lead SAP IBP Demand & Supply Consultant to design, configure, and support integrated business planning solutions across demand and supply planning. The role involves translating business needs into robust IBP models, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA or ECC, and delivering end‑to‑end implementation excellence within the SAP Planning – Delivery department.

Responsibilities

- Lead design, configuration, and deployment of SAP IBP Demand and Supply modules.
- Translate business requirements into IBP planning models and master data structures.
- Integrate IBP with SAP S/4HANA/ECC and other enterprise data sources.
- Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge transfer for client and internal teams.
- Develop and optimize forecasting, statistical models, and supply planning heuristics.
- Perform end‑to‑end testing, validation, and provide go‑live support.
- Provide post‑implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Mentor junior consultants and promote best‑practice adoption.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
- Contribute to proposals, effort estimations, and thought leadership in SAP IBP.

Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in SAP IBP Demand & Supply planning.
- Strong functional knowledge of supply chain planning processes.
- Hands‑on experience configuring IBP models, KPIs, and alerts.
- Proven integration experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.
- SAP IBP certification (preferred) and familiarity with SAP S/4HANA.
- Expertise in statistical forecasting and supply planning algorithms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead workshops and deliver effective training sessions.




- Project management experience in SAP implementation projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
