Almuqeet Systems is looking for a skilled Junior Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in SEO, SMO, and AI Search Optimization, preferably in B2B technology, SaaS, telecom, or enterprise services.

- Execute on-page SEO improvements across product, service, industry and technical content pages.
- Conduct keyword, competitor and search-intent research and convert findings into clear content recommendations.
- Improve page titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, image metadata, URL structures and schema opportunities.
- Support technical SEO checks covering indexation, crawlability, sitemap health, broken links, redirects, page speed and mobile usability.
- Implement SMO improvements for LinkedIn and other relevant social channels, including profile optimization, post discoverability, hashtags, keywords and link presentation.
- Coordinate with the content and design teams to repurpose articles, product updates and technical insights into platform-appropriate social content.
- Optimize content for AI search and answer engines by improving structure, entity clarity, factual consistency, concise answers, FAQs, citations and internal knowledge signals.
- Monitor rankings, organic traffic, impressions, click-through rates, indexed pages, social reach and AI-search visibility using approved tools.
- Prepare simple weekly and monthly reports showing work completed, changes observed, issues found and recommended next actions.
- Keep up with changes in Google Search, social algorithms, structured data and AI-search behavior while testing improvements in a controlled way.

- 2–3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology, SaaS, telecom or enterprise services.
- Working knowledge of on-page SEO, technical SEO basics, keyword research and search intent.
- Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics or comparable analytics tools.
- Ability to use SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog or equivalent platforms.
- Understanding of internal linking, schema markup, XML sitemaps, canonical tags, redirects and indexation.
- Practical SMO knowledge for LinkedIn and other relevant business channels.
- Ability to write or edit transparent, accurate, search-friendly English copy.
- Understanding of AI-search optimization, answer-engine visibility, entity-based content and FAQ formatting.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, content management systems and image optimization.
- Ability to interpret reports and turn data into prioritized actions.
- Strong attention to detail, documentation and follow-through.
- Comfort working onsite in Srinagar and collaborating with SEO, content, design and business teams.
