Role Description The Junior Architect will support the design and development of architectural projects from concept through detailed drawings and documentation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, where the team member will prepare sketches, CAD drawings, and 3D models, assist in design presentations, and contribute to material selection and coordination with consultants. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with senior architects, updating design documentation, conducting basic site visits and measurements, and ensuring that design solutions align with client requirements and local regulations.

Architect will also help track project progress, organize project files, and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and models.
- Understanding of Software Development and Integration in the context of architectural tools and workflows (e.g., CAD/BIM, visualization, coordination platforms).
- Basic Project Management skills, including task tracking, time management, and coordination with consultants and contractors.
- Proficiency in relevant design software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and familiarity with presentation tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; eligibility for local skilled registration is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, collaborate effectively in a team, and communicate design ideas clearly in writing and verbally.
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback in a fast-paced project environment.
