Key Responsibilities

1. Run daily JIT ordering against live customer demand, keeping fill rate high and TAT low
2. Manage pharma vendor, distributor and wholesaler relationships for supply, rates and quick processing
3. Define and follow the purchase and return policy (expiry, damaged, short and wrong supply, credit notes, settlements)
4. Own ordering SLAs from vendor order placement to pickup and dispatch
5. Lead, train and review the JIT purchase team, including targets and shift planning
6. Manage riders (allocation, availability, productivity, escalations)
7. Plan and optimise routes between vendors, hubs and customers
8. Prepare Excel and MIS reports on ordering, fill rate, SLA, vendors, returns and purchase cost
9. Plan manpower and shifts, including peak demand
10. Coordinate with inventory, customer support,



quality and finance on stock-outs, substitutions and discrepancies

- Pharma vendor and distributor market knowledge
- JIT ordering, purchase cycles and return processes
- Excel (lookups, pivots, formulas) and MIS reporting
- Rider/last-mile management and route planning
- Negotiation, communication, problem-solving
- Quick decisions under pressure and tight SLAs
