Jira Align Administrator, Enterprise Insights &

- Power Automate Specialist

Experience: 5+ Years

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Jira Align Administrator to support platform administration, Jira integrations, Enterprise Insights reporting, Power Automate workflows, user enablement, and production support activities. The role will ensure stable operation of Jira Align, maintain platform configurations, support onboarding activities, resolve synchronization issues, and contribute to governance and reporting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Jira Align Administration

- Configure and maintain Jira Align system settings, roles, people groups, portfolios, programs, and teams.
- Onboard teams and programs into Jira Align.
- Configure and maintain Jira connectors.
- Support implementation of Solution Layers, Capability Layers, and Custom Rooms.
- Manage access controls, permissions, and user provisioning.
- Perform routine platform administration and maintenance.





Jira Administration Support

- Administer Jira projects, workflows, permissions, dashboards, filters, and schemes.
- Support Jira Cloud and Confluence administration activities.
- Assist in ensuring Jira projects meet Jira Align compatibility requirements.
- Troubleshoot Jira configuration and integration issues.

Automation &

- Integration

- Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows.
- Support integrations between Jira Align, Jira, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications.
- Create technical documentation for automation solutions.
- Monitor and maintain automation reliability.

Production Support

- Investigate and resolve Jira-Jira Align synchronization issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and coordinate issue resolution.
- Support data quality remediation and cleanup activities.
- Create and track Atlassian support tickets.
- Participate in operational support and platform maintenance activities.

Reporting &

- Enterprise Insights

- Create and maintain reusable Enterprise Insights SQL queries.
- Support Power BI dashboard development and reporting validation.
- Assist users in interpreting reporting data and metrics.
- Maintain reporting documentation and query repositories.

Training &

- Knowledge Management

- Deliver user training and onboarding sessions.
- Conduct office hours and user support sessions.
- Create and maintain knowledge articles, FAQs, and support documentation.
- Support Jira Align Center of Excellence initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of overall IT experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on Jira Align administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Jira Align hierarchy and configuration
- Jira administration
- Connectors and integrations
- Roles, permissions, and access controls

- Experience troubleshooting Jira and Jira Align synchronization issues.
- Working experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
- Experience with Enterprise Insights, SQL reporting, and Power BI.
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, authentication, and access management.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and support production environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Jira Align administration experience in enterprise Agile environments.
- Experience with Jira Cloud,



Confluence, and Zephyr.
- Familiarity with Solution Layers, Capability Layers, and Custom Rooms.
- Exposure to governance frameworks and change management practices.
- Exposure to Power Platform administration.
- Atlassian, Jira Align, Power Platform, Power BI, or SQL certifications.

Compensation

Estimated Pay Range Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
