We are looking for an IT Manager to shape and run the internal IT infrastructure and cybersecurity foundation for a quick growing startup. This person will be responsible for ensuring the IT systems and processes run smoothly and securely, managing endpoint security, and establishing data protection best practices to keep our teams productive and compliant.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day IT support for our team: managing and resolving laptop, network,

and software issues quickly and efficiently
- Oversee device management, software deployment, and endpoint security measures

across all teams
- Implement and maintain IT security best practices, including access control, identity

management, and data protection
- Support audit and compliance processes by maintaining documentation and helping

collect necessary evidences




- Work closely with our engineering and operations teams to ensure smooth

onboarding/offboarding processes and system integrations
- Roll out and monitor cybersecurity solutions across the company

What we’re looking for:

- 3 - 6 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of Mac and Windows environments, device management tools

(ideally ManageEngine), and basic networking
- Familiarity with endpoint security tools and best practices
- Problem-solving mindset with a calm, service-oriented approach

Bonus: Exposure to IT audits or compliance processes is a big plus
