NOURIA is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Executive / Associate to join our Operations & Inventory team.

If you have experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, stock reconciliation, and material coordination, we'd love to hear from you!

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily inventory operations, including inward, outward, and stock movement.
- Maintain accurate records of fabrics, trims, accessories, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Purchase, and Operations teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Verify received materials against purchase orders, invoices, and required quantities.
- Maintain SKU-wise, category-wise, and location-wise inventory records.
- Ensure systematic storage, rack allocation, labelling, and material identification.
- Track materials issued for production, dyeing, printing, and external vendor processes.
- Monitor materials sent to vendors and follow up on pending returns.
- Conduct physical stock counts and reconcile inventory with system records.
- Identify and report stock discrepancies, shortages, damages,



and excess inventory.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory MIS and stock reports.
- Support inventory audits and improve warehouse processes.

? What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in Inventory, Warehouse, Stores, or Supply Chain Operations.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Understanding of stock management, inventory reconciliation, and documentation.
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Experience in Fashion, Apparel, D2C, or E-commerce will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with fabrics, trims, accessories, and finished goods is a plus.
