Role Description The Inventory Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role oversees daily inventory operations, including monitoring stock levels, supervising physical inventory counts, and ensuring accurate records in inventory systems.

The Inventory

Supervisor coordinates material receipts and issues, reconciles discrepancies, and implements inventory control procedures to reduce variances and stockouts.



The role includes supervising inventory staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring adherence to safety and organizational policies.

Supervisor collaborates closely with purchasing, production, and logistics teams to support timely order fulfillment and productive use of warehouse space.

Qualifications

- Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
- Physical inventory and inventory control skills for conducting stock counts, managing discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records.
- Analytical skills to interpret inventory data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and provide clear guidance to inventory staff.
- Experience with inventory management software or ERP systems and basic MS Excel proficiency.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, materials handling, and safety standards.
- Prior experience in inventory supervision or warehouse management, preferably in manufacturing or furniture/interiors.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage physical tasks related to inventory, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
