Position Summary:





We are excited to inform you about an internship opportunity with MOL IT Pvt Ltd for the position of Intern-Documentation. This is an excellent chance for recent graduates to gain valuable industry experience.

Role Purpose: Manage export and import documentation activities accurately and within the defined turnaround time by coordinating with onshore teams, suppliers, customers, and carriers.

The candidate should have knowledge of shipping documentation, good data-validation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with carriers, suppliers, customers, and onshore teams. Experience in CargoWise or similar logistics applications is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and update shipment files in OneView and CargoWise.
- Prepare Preliminary and Final Shipping Instructions.
- Validate packing lists, booking details, container information, cargo data, and shipment documents.
- Review Draft Bills of Lading and coordinate necessary amendments with carriers.
- Update actual loading details in defined application.
- Send final B/L, SWB, and AES documents to the customer.
- Maintain shipment trackers and resolve documentation-related queries.
- Meet defined productivity, accuracy, volume, and TAT targets.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of export and NVOCC documentation.
- Experience with CargoWise or similar application, logistic documentation, Advance Excel, and Outlook is preferred.
- Robust attention to detail, communication, and coordination skills.
- Graduate with experience in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding preferred.
