Role Description The Interior Designer will work on-site in Bengaluru North in a full-time capacity, collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budgets. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing interior design concepts, preparing layout plans and mood boards, selecting materials and finishes, and coordinating FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) specifications. The role involves creating and reviewing construction and detailed drawings, working closely with project managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure designs are executed as planned.

The Interior

Designer will visit project sites regularly to track progress,



address design issues, and maintain quality standards, while managing timelines and documentation for assigned projects.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform Space Planning and Interior Design for residential projects, with a focus on functionality and aesthetics.
- Knowledge of Architecture principles relevant to interiors and experience preparing or interpreting Construction Drawings.
- Experience specifying and coordinating FF&E;, including furniture layouts, fixtures, finishes, and decorative elements.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar), and familiarity with presentation tools.
- Strong visual, conceptual, and technical design skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams on-site.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with relevant project experience.
- Knowledge of local materials, vendors, and construction practices in Bengaluru is an advantage.
