Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer cum Sales role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves meeting clients in the showroom or at project sites, understanding their lifestyle needs, and translating them into kitchen and wardrobe designs that align with ETEREO’s aesthetic and functional standards.

The Interior

Designer cum Sales professional will create design proposals, mood boards, and layout plans, present concepts, and guide clients through materials, finishes, and configurations. Daily responsibilities include preparing quotations, following up on leads, managing client communication, coordinating with design and installation teams, and ensuring projects are completed as per specifications. The role also includes achieving sales targets,



maintaining product knowledge, and contributing to a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust interior design skills, including space planning, kitchen and wardrobe design, and a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software) and basic technical drawing skills.
- Candidates should possess consultative sales skills, including client relationship management, lead follow-up, and closing techniques in a premium or lifestyle segment.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and presentation abilities, with strong listening skills and the capacity to explain design and product options clearly.
- Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- A diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, or luxury home interiors is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Ahmedabad, including showroom hours and occasional client visits, and a customer-centric, professional attitude are essential.
