Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator to manage and support IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365 services, Linux systems, endpoint security, and cloud operations. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience in system administration, security management, and IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Assist in administering and maintaining Linux servers and desktops.
- Manage user accounts, groups, and licenses in Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Perform basic administrative tasks in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Conduct system monitoring, backups, and patch management.
- Document system configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
- Support IT asset management and inventory tracking.




- Collaborate with senior IT team members to improve systems and processes.

Mandatory Skills

- Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Entra ID, user and license management.
- Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
- Microsoft Defender, MFA, Conditional Access, endpoint protection, and email security.
- Azure Virtual Desktop and ADO.
- Linux administration, including Ubuntu/RHEL, user and permission management, service management, patching, log analysis, and troubleshooting.
- PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall troubleshooting.
- Incident management, patch management, IT asset management, and security troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

- Microsoft Azure and AWS administration.
- Microsoft Purview, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and security compliance.
- SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive administration.
- SOC 2 audit support and evidence collection.
- Bash scripting, cloud monitoring, and basic Docker/Kubernetes knowledge.
