About the RoleLittle Extra is looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Influencer Marketing Intern who can onboard influencers and get engaging, high-quality content for our skincare and haircare brand, primarily through barter collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with relevant Instagram influencers and content creators.
- Negotiate and close barter collaborations, with limited paid partnerships.
- Get creative Reels, product reviews, demonstrations, and UGC videos created for the brand.
- Manage the complete collaboration process, including outreach, follow-ups, product dispatch, and content delivery.
- Track influencer partnerships, pending deliverables, and content received.
- Stay updated on Instagram trends and suggest fresh, engaging content ideas.
